I have disabled html in the past, and have just disabled <img> code just now in the forums. This disablement prevents dynamic code from being inserted into postings in the forum. While this may seem like a small step back in technology, it prevents potential hacking of the forum.

I don't know why someone would hack a woodturning forum. But I also don't know why people would hack websites in general. Anyhow, most of you probably haven't tried to use <img> in postings or your signature. If you have it in your signature, just edit the signature to plain text.
