Has anyone tried this inexpensive texturing tool? Sometime cheap and inexpensive are one and the same. Sometimes they are not.

I haven't see it. Reviews are mixed. What I don't like is it's basically a spiraling tool and doesn't come with the pointed start wheel. I have several spiraling tools but use the point wheel far more. Depends on what you make and what you like.

The I don't see the shaft diameter in the description of that tool. A star wheel from another source might fit.
Be aware that some have reported losing the fastening screw when it loosened; too tight and the spiraling wheel wouldn't spin. A dab of blue locktite on the threads might help.

Spiraling on disk:

Texturing with the pointed star wheel on spindles. More fun, I think!
Nice for a tool handle too.
