Needed an inside out caliper and its the wrong time of year, plus I wanted it lockable. Lockable kinda blew it out of the water couldnt find any store stocking them. The rush is I intend to knock up half a dozen or so turned boxes early in the New Year, all this is in preparation for the Jan Expo.

So 3mm aluminium sheet and onto the bandsaw, final shaping by hand on the bench, M4 locking knob and cut the curved slot by hand, probably 3 hours plus all done and dusted.

Nice!

I've been planning to duplicate these, keeping with brass, maybe in different sizes.
Can be used two different ways.
Small - perfect for small things and can get into tight places.
