I am an amateur turner and have been at it for about 4 years. I have a Jet 1440 & carbide tools.
The forum has been great for ideas & education. I live in Kingman, Arizona and would like to meet with other
turners within 60 miles or so. The nearest club is in Las Vegas (100 miles away). If anyone is in the area, please
email me at: kingmanjeepers@gmail.com

Hi Jim, welcome aboard! If you are ever in the Albuquerque, NM area - my local club, New Mexico Woodturners meets the first Saturday of every month - meetings usually start at 10am. You are welcome to join the meeting as a guest anytime. Too bad I am just seeing this - we had Rudy Lopez in as our guest demonstrator this weekend --- it was a well-attended event!
