For those interested, KTMP who produce the Eli Avisera dvds have brought out a few more this month. They are:

Lisa Raby - 'Learn to Burn' about starting pyrography

Mark Sanger (a contributor to this forum) - The Inside Story - how Mark rough turns his hollow forms and then his method of seasoning, followed by the making of his signature piece - a lidded hollow form with a carved finial.

Mick Hanbury - 'Stay Sharp' - on sharpening methods that work for the different types of jig out there - and freehand sharpening

John Berkeley - one of the two top thread chasing experts in the UK. He is also a wooden puzzle maker and the first dvd is on making a sphere which is attached to 3 wooden balls by string. You have to free all balls without cutting the string

John Berkeley - this is a dvd on how to use the single thread chaser - the Unichaser and then he goes on to make a screw top box with a lid that is carved using his shop made tools

You can get them all from www.ktmp.co.uk

Kindest regards

Paul
