I would contact Linda Ferber ( linda@woodturner.org ) or another member of the St. Paul headquarters staff at the AAW office for advice on how to do this.

I don't think there is a publicly-accessible mailing list of the kind you are asking for (....and actually hope there isn't!); the AAW tries to maintain control of e-mail addresses and other contact information, making it available only to members through that controlled area of the web site. They may be able to forward the message for you to the relevant chapter contact people.
