Missing stuff after move

We recently moved to Shingletown Ca, from Hoodsport Wa; That was a bad enough decision. The Company we hired (Morgan transfer/United Van Lines) is having a real hard time getting my machines to me. They delivered most of the household goods, but none of the heavy machinery. No lathe, bandsaw, planer, jointer, or 16 boxes of tools. The reason? 1st, the truck was over loaded (not only our stuff), so they left the jointer in The warehouse, and multiple boxes. 2nd, they came all the way down to Ca, and could not get any labor to show up and offload the heavy stuff; not to mention they did not secure a lift-gate truck to shuttle from the 18 wheeler to the house. So, after unloading the household stuff (only the driver and his co pilot). They took the machines ALL the way back to the warehouse in Lacey WA! Keep in mind the binding contract stated all our stuff would be delivered between the 16th-26th Of June. Plus they would not deliver ANYTHING without me paying the full amount, even though they did not deliver everything.
It is now the 9th of July, and I still don't have any of my machines. Did I mention they mangled my cabinet saw?
This is a moving company with a long history of good reviews. I am not a happy camper. My lathe and other heavy items, have been loaded, offloaded, reloaded, off loaded, and will be loaded yet again. I hope they have real good insurance!
Oh yeah, they dropped my 500lb planer on it's side trying to hand carry it up the driveway when they picked up our stuff. I even told them, "you will need 4 people to carry that!". I'm guessing it is broken, but will not know until it actually gets here and I wire the shop with 220.
Next time I'm selling everything I own but my gouges!

Part of the problem is even when they hire loaders/unloaders for labor; they don't show up because they don't really want to work.
