My new lathe arrived

Congrats, Damon. I feel like dropping Brent a thank-you note for the stainless ways on the Beauty every time that I turn green wood. I highly recommend that you order a can of Bostik GlideCoat to keep them dressed. You won't believe how nice your banjo will float.

One of the first things I did after setting the lathe in place was to dress the ways with GlideCoat. I've never had a lathe where the banjo moved so easily! I've been under the weather the past two weeks so I haven't turned much on it yet. I have a nice piece of fresh birch ready to turn, hopefully in the next couple of days.
