Name this wood!

I'm not great at identifying by wood only but reminds me of sycamore that I see a lot around here. The darker areas also remind me of elm.
Sycamore has a strong radial medullary ray pattern and will show in certain sections of the grain. Definitely no medullary showing here. BTW, once I see a hint of a crack going more than 1/2 way through the bowl, it will go in the box to smoke pork loin. Maple puts a light sweet flavor on pork.

If quarter sawn it gets this special grain showing, other than that it can be fairly plain wood with a slight pink complexion if from a larger tree.
The only picture I have from this wood, it has the stoppers on it that I turned the tops for it.
