Nova chuck adapter to M33

We have 7 Nova chucks and we are looking at a used Oneway. Does anyone make an adapter to convert a Nova chuck to M33?

I believe the Novas for M33 are direct threads and use no insert.

You can use a regular spindle adaptor with your existing chuck and insert.

ONEWAY and many other company's make spindle adapters with M33 female and lots of male thread choices.
These work well for most things however they move the work further from the headstock and any imperfection in center is added to the existing imperfection in the lathe an chuck.

I use a 1 1/4 to m33 adapter with a lot of vacuum chucks on 1 1/4 fade plates.

These all run true or at least truer than I can recenter something for vacuum.
I have used adapters for chucks in demos if quite a bit too.

ONEWAY has a nice adapter for a 1" spindle to m33 that is threaded on the inside and outside sort of like a chuck adapter.

One suggestion is to buy the ONEWAY, buy a Vicmarc or stronghold as the main chuck for the ONEWAY.
Buy an adapter to the thread size on your Novas and use the Nova chuck when you need their jaws for something.
Depending on who is selling the lathe there may be a chuck included with the lathe.

Do the chucks you have use and insert as do the Vicmarc chucks?
Vicmarc chucks have an insert that one can remove and replace with another one with whatever thread one wishes to order.

one-way's do.....keep the old inserts as you change lathes......
