I have just got the latest Axminster catalogue and they are now making their jaws to fit on other makers chucks. I am not certain whether the O'Donnell ones are included. My friend has the catalogue at the moment I will get it back from him today and post a reply tomorrow.
True Axminster are now making there Jaws to Fit other Chuck Types but according to the Catalogue the O'Donnell Jaws do not appear to be included.

I have my catalogue back and can confirm that they do not list the O'Donnell jaws for the Oneway chuck. The jaws they do list are the A, C, D at £29.49 and the G & H for £32.88. Bearing in mind that these are brand new for their March catalogue and the next one is due out at the end of August if you can hang on maybe the O'Donnell ones will be available then.
