would, of course, be nice even slices. Hence, as you all work on the TURKEY Platter, remember that the tool of choice in not the skew, but the c-a-r-v-i-n-g knife, even if you did just sharpen it on your Tromek!

Dont forget, if you eat too much, you may find that the handle on the plate scraper is now too short :D
 
What Grind

That would be crook-neck grind with full reverse bevel in order to get that nice clean surface on the bottom of the stuffing bowl. :D
