My local turning club has two 20-ish year old Oneway 2436 lathes, well-abused by the previous owner whose partner gifted them to us. One of them started acting funky, intermittently starting and failing to switch from reverse to forward. Oneway's tech Shane ran over the end of his shift to spend a half hour troubleshooting the problem with me. We couldn't narrow it down so he sent out four new switches- stop, start, F/R and E-stop- which I installed today and got the machine running properly again.

This is exceptional customer service. Not only do they keep these electrical parts in stock, but I can talk to the guy who knows the machine inside and out and will take as much time as needed to figure out what is going on. They came up with a solid overall design almost 30 years ago and continue to support it with expert personal service. That's thin on the ground and I appreciate it.

Happy to hear that your issues were resolved. And it’s nothing less than I would expect from Oneway. In my experience, they have always been quick and responsive. And when I had an electrical issue, Kevin spent 2 hours on the phone walking me through every step.
