Can the shank be removed from the handle for shipping? And which bit is this? I've been curious about these tools.
The tool is one piece unit, it cannot be separated.
I guess I could take it apart and you could epoxy it back.
The cutter is round a about 5/16 in diameter.
There great on green wood for hollowing.
The cutter is replaceable and this one new.
