Looked at the Lee Valley catalog, they carry P&N turning tools. Is a Supa gouge a bowl gouge or a spindle gouge? I cannot tell from the photos.

Not sure about what Lee valley has. The photo angle is not as informative as the Packard photo. The Lee vallley nomenclature matches the packard.
The Supa bowl gouge is a bowl gouge I know the one Packard and Craft supplies may have is the bow, gouge.

Here’s a picture of the P&N gouges, from the right you have skew, spindle rouging gouge and then the 16 and 22mm Supa bowl gouges, the SRG is 32mm (1 ¼)

For those who are not aware, I read very recently online (do not recall where, but written by a local to the P & N manufacturing location) there was a death in the family, and they have ceased doing business. Whatever tools are available now will all that you can buy. So if you are a fan of this line, stock up now.
Take a look at Thompson Tools. IMHO Thompson has better grade of steel (10V) and will hold a sharp edge longer than P & N tools (M2 steel).
P&N is only part of a much bigger company, have a look if you are interested.
