My bandsaws blade is running near the edge of the Thrust bearing & I would like it perhaps in the middle. This is for the top and bottom. Is there a solution? See photo

I had to go look at mine. It is maybe 30 years old, has the cast iron body, and 3/4 hp motor. Mine runs sideways rather than the way yours does. The blade rides on the flat part of the bearing rather than on the round part. Not sure if that helps or not.

It looks like you need to put in a thinner shim between the bearing and the hex mounting rod. On my Jet the bearing has a set screw to adjust the setting.
What model Powermatic bandsaw do you have?
I have a PWBS17 model number
I’m not familiar with that particular saw. In the photo it looks like the post holding the bearing might have space to move and allow you to center the blade?.

I knew you meant pwbs14 . Easy to make mistake.
Geetings! My PM PWBS 14 recently got way out of alignment and I ended up having to remove blade, remove wheels, put on new tires, take apart the tensioning mechanism, loosen all the blade guides and thrust bearings top and bottom. Then just step by step put the whole thing back together. Runs great now but it was a pain in the but to do.
Lessons learned: make sure mechanism that allows you to raise and lower upper guides/thrust bearing is aligned properly; blade is tracking on center of tires when wheels are rotating; upper roller bearing guide assembly is lined up with lower and finally all bearing contact surfaces with blade are not touching blade when machine running with no load on blade (manual gives specific clearances). I don’t believe my saw has a lateral adjustment set screw for the thrust bearing.
Sorry for long explanation but mine was so far out I basically had no choice but to proceed as described.
