Does anyone know how to get ahold of Ray Key?

I would like to schedule him in next year some time and
he hasn't answered any emails.

Ray is so busy that he cannot answer all the queries that he gets about demonstrating in a timely manner. He will eventually get back to you, but he is booked up for next year already. Plan on getting in line and being patient. It is worth the wait.
