Reduced AAW new membership?

I have been working with a new turner, quite extensively lately, and remember a while back at our club where they talked about a reduced AAW membership for new members. Is this still being offered? I mentioned it to him, but do not see any mention of it on the main AAW site.

The offer is good through June and the new AAW member must currently be a member of a turning club that is an AAW chapter.
