Have you considered using a heat gun to try and pop bubbles and force them to the top as well? Its a technique that resin table makers seem to use, and they usually seem to get a crystal clear, bubble free pour several inches deep most of the time.

Yes, I use a heat gun all the time on clear castings or those with a clear top-coat, like these poker chip throw-top buttons. For the honeycomb trivet type colored castings, it's really not necessary.
