The Robert Sorby Sharpener has become a popular item among woodturners and several of the components are now in backorder.
This set consists of the sharpener and what I think is a complete set of accessories, although Sorby is coming with new ones vey often. The machine itself has reveived extremelly light use, few times and only to sharpen few knives.
There is a good capital on the amount of belts, which are expensive, but the good ones apparently last for a long time. All together with the one in the machine 11 belts are included:
Zirconium: 3 belts 60 grit plus one in the machine, Ceramic: 3 belts 60 grit and 120 grit, Trizact: 1 Belt 3000 grit, 1 1200 grit , and 2 600 grit
As a comparison Crafts Supplies USA sells the sharpener with 3 belts and 3 accessories for 524.95.
