Nutt'n wrong with lurking but this way should be more fun!
Is your area really, really flat, like as far as you can see?
We lived for a while in Clinton, Iowa. I remember Iowa being flat, flat, flat, hard to get used to after living in hill country. Once my wife and I were riding our motorcycles further into Iowa and we found a hill. We were so excited!
I worked night shift at the Quad Cities nuclear plant when it was under construction and drove my motorcycle every day from Clinton. I swear the bugs along the river at night in the summer are almost as big as birds, painfully big.
Love to see some pictures of things you like to make.
I would say it is definitely not a lot of hills in Central Illinois, but better roads than the part of Iowa I have been in. My turnings are pale in comparison to your master pieces.
