Should you charge a Beall buffer with beeswax?

In order not to cross-contaminate your buffing wheels, each wheel should be used for one item. Otherwise you are liable to wind up buffing something with some kind of yuck pudding.:p

The Carnauba is the hardest of the waxes. For this reason it's hard to imagine why you would want to use another wax unless you are not using a high speed buffing system. Some melting accomplished by the high speed wheels allows us to use this very superior wax.

Why do you want to use beeswax instead of carnuba?
Carnuba is a superior wax unless you want to make certain pharmaceuticals. :o

If your heart is set on beeswax, use a separate wheel.
