I have a new Laguna 18bx bandsaw and can't find any green wood blades (145").
I have three Timberwolf blades on order from Suffolk Machinery with an estimated ship date of one month.
Highland WW is out of stock with no backorders. Packard only sells to 142", Woodcraft has the Laguna branded blades, but none with an alternate set.
Ideas?

When I get home I can give you the address of my local bandsaw blade maker. Good blades at very reasonable prices. You might be able to look it up. Its JJ's saw and tool in Cookeville tn. He runs a saw sharpening business. He custom makes them to whatever length you need. I buy 1/2" x 3 tpi but he does have some others.

Try rdbandsaws.com in Brampton Ontario Canada. Great company, have used them for years. Just bought a blade for my new Laguna 12" Bandsaw (115 inch) blade. Using 1/2"-4 tip furniture grade for large 18 inch bowls blanks. Cuts better than the Laguna blade I got with my new BS. Works great! Also you will get 30% exchange rate on your American money!

Look up Hastings Saw Works on the internet.
Hastings used to have a store in Rohnert Park, CA. But, closed up shop and may have sold out to Wilson Saw in San Rafael, CA. But, I believe that Hastings has a web site and will make up blades any length you want. See what they have on the web site.

Union Grove Saw & Knife, Inc, Union Grove, NC. They will fix you up with whatever you need. Good folks. They'll make you one blade or 1000.

You might try toolcenter.com . They make to order. Lennox. Site somewhat different. Google toolcenter bandsaw blades 145" .Quantity discount. Several metal types.

Like Don said, most metro areas will have a bandsaw blade maker available. Best value for blades are the Lennox Diemaster Bimetal blades. They can be resharpened several times. The teeth are M42 HSS. You can talk to the makers and tell them what you do, and they will suggest what will work best for you.

If your industrious then look up my post on brazing your own bandsaw blades using bulk blade reels from eBay. I no longer wait on shipping, and I save over 50% off compared to mail order.
