5 to 10 photographer volunteers needed. Due to some personal family issues, I won’t be going to the Harford Symposium, and need volunteers to take photos for publishing on the AAW website. Here are links to the last few year’s symposium photos - to get some idea of what’s needed:

This is a list of all the symposium areas and activities I’d like to get photos of:

1) Thursday night gallery reception
2) Friday morning opening ceremony
3) Vendor trade show area
4) Instant Gallery (take photos of both info card and associated turning)
- All Chapter Collaborative Challenge items
- Sampling of individual items
- Sampling of EOG auction items
- Sampling from youth table items
- Sampling from local sponsoring chapter table items
5) Friday night Special Interest Night venues
6) Sample photos from various demonstrations
7) Emerging Artists displays and demos
8) Youth area, including Saturday afternoon lathe giveaways
9) Saturday night banquet and EOG auction
10) Sunday mid-day POP teapot auction
11) General walkabouts and human interest

If you’d like to help with this, please get in touch with me to coordinate who does what. Thanks for your support.
