Some of the last of the Brittish bodgers working the beech forest and in their workshops making chairs and parts. This was in my email this morning from Lost Art Press. Lots of pole lathes - they even recycle water from wet wood to use to cool their grindstones when working in the forest.

My body aches just watching them. Amazing! Reminds me I have a Captain’s Chair we bought at an auction in the late 70s that needs a leg fixed.
