Anybody with the problem with Airshield batteries not staying plugged into the charger; Contact Terry Cole with Trend-USA at 270-872-4674. Just leave him a message and he will call you back. Don't call his cell phone! I just talked to him on the phone again today. They had a problem with a new battery supplier when they shifted from Ni-Cad's to NiMH. A lot of defective battery packs may still be out there, and they are trying to make good on them. Replacement cost will depend on how long you have had the Airshield. If it is fairly new....Free, like mine.:)

Thanks for the heads up, my (less then 1 month) fits just fine, so... but I will forward to a friend that is buying one on my reccomendation.
