First of all, my apologies for the late post. I was traveling and just got back.
This week's honor goes to Jim Hill and his work "Seed Pod of Cherry,"
Inspired by one of the world's best, Neil Turner. You can see how many hours Jim put into the pod; the results are excellent.
From the day it was posted, I knew it had a good chance for the TOTW.
I consider the quality of the picture when choosing a TOTW. The base the pod sits on was an excellent choice to elevate the form, and it even looks like it was taken at an art gallery, sitting on a pedestal.
Well done Jim. Congratulations.
