My choice for Turning of the Week for June 27, 2022, is “Cottonwood Bowl” by Curt Fuller.

The contrast between the highly figured wood and the extremely precise pyrography on the feather design with borders makes for a great composition of this outstanding bowl. Curt has used this feather motif before in his work - but in my opinion, this is one of his best. Well done, sir!
