I asked on another forum and got these results as well as a few here of my own.

You can go to www.lehighvalleywoodturners.com and click on Ted's demonstration
If you go to "Google", search Woodturning Pepper Mill, then, on the results page near the top, click on "images", you'll find a lot of pictures for ideas.
Google also shows more sites for peppermills, but some are just retail store items.

Woodturnerscatalog (Craft Supplies USA) has instructions. Just search for peppermill within their site then click on instructions.

Some of the other catalog sites also have instructions.

Thank you for the sites. The Woodcraft site is informative. In my brief experience the dimensions of the mill are critical as a result I am making scale drawings of the mills I plan to turn and think that I will focus on a single size.
