I originally built this jig years ago so I could make layout marks on turnings without using my lathe. The previous setup just used pieces of polar graph paper glued to a 1/8 inch plywood disc and an indicator on the jig but no matter how carful I was I always had a few lines a little off. 30 minutes in tinker cad and a few prints to tweak it I almost have it perfect. Its got a spring loaded index pin this disc has 36 stops. Just waiting on some thrust bearings to make it spin easier. I make one last mod to the bracket to make it stiffer.
