I've been putting in the hours the last several weeks trying to get caught up on my turning. Yesterday I noticed my battery was getting low and left in the charger over-night and the battery is now fully charged. When I re-attached the battery however, I kept receiving the battery low 'beeping' and the warning light. I checked and the test button on the battery itself says it's full. Does anyone have any thoughts I may try? thanks in advance...

Before you buy a new battery (if it gets to that) there is a YouTube video on how to rebuild and replace the batteries. Google will find it
Does the run time indicate that the battery is in fact fully charged?

Sometimes mine does not make a good connection between the battery and housing. I put a little dielectric spray on the housing terminals and it fixes it.
I had the same issue as "Jim" but found that the 'bad' connection was just a slight amount of dust.

Are you sure it is the battery low indicator and not the clogged filter indicator? They sound the same and the lights are right next to each other. Might be worth cleaning the spark screen any tapping as much dust as you can out of the filter. On another note, buying a second battery for my versaflo was one of the best decisions I’ve made (second to buying the versaflo). I always have one ready to go.
yep, same thing here, my Versaflo battery low was just a poor connection between the battery and helmet
I’ve had that happen and learned if I put back on charger for a minute or so and reconnect it clears that beeping out.
