How many of you have gone to a site to pay a bill electronically, a site you've visited for months and months, only to be confronted with new screens? Make you sit up and notice? Check the Verisign and certificate? Scream at the screen and the stupidity of people who can send you robo payment due notices but won't bother to tell you the site has changed?
Makes me almost as mad as the must opt out Google toolbar things that come with software updates.
