What have you de-acquisitioned - or not?

I donated my Problematic 4224 to a local nonprofit that set up a community workshop. It was a decent lathe after replacing nearly everything that wasn't cast iron. Not sure why mine came with a 2hp motor and VFD, (supposed to have been 3hp) but their lousy customer service and quality control (along with feeling ripped off by them) made it pretty easy to part with. Finding an American Beauty to replace it with was just the extra push I needed.
