Wolverine Precision Balancing System

The instructions from the Oneway site states: "Our system is supplied with EVERYTHING YOU NEED to balance TWO grinding wheels with a 1" THRU-HOLE"

My wheels are 8" X 1" X 5/8". May I assume since I have wheels with a 5/8" Thru-hole that the balancing system is not for me?

Wheel arbor sizes

The AO wheels that came with my grinder had permanently installed arbor adapters and couldn't be used with the balancing system. That might be the situation that you have now.

When it came time to replace my wheels I purchased the balancing system to use with the new wheels. When you order the new wheels you should make sure that the wheel arbor hole is the size you need. Many wheels come with bushings to use as an adaptor to get the wheel arbor hole to the correct size.

Well... the system won't work with those wheels, correct. As Jeff says, when you upgrade wheels, get them with a 1" arbor hole and get the balancing system too.
