I'm looking for someone who can demonstrate wood threading at one of our monthly meetings. At a recent meeting, someone brought some vessels with threaded lids and mentioned using the Baxter system. Not looking specifically for that system, but if anyone knows any demonstrators that do threading locally to Lancaster PA - can you post their info so I can reach out to them? Thanks!

I searched the PoP db using “threaded boxes” and Pennsylvania

Dennis Fuge in erwinna, pa came back. I don’t know him but he teaches at Arrowmont with a pretty good resume credential.

You might also email or call some nearby chapters like Baltimore or Chesapeake even Montgomery county and Capitol area.
I know the Chesapeake woodturners had a threading demo when I lived there.
The guy who did it now lives in Arizona but chances are good that a couple folks in those chapters could do a threading demo. A lot of their members live within a 2 hour drive of Lancaster.

Maybe you can trade them a demonstrator.

I believe you meant Dennis Fuge. Spellcheck strikes again? Dennis is a past president of the NJ Woodturners, and is a very talented turner.
