I’ve been trying to get in touch with Woodturners Wonders by email and by telephone message for well over a week with no response of any kind and over six messages left. Has anybody else had this experience?
They answered the phone on the second ring last Friday late afternoon. Talked with John for several minutes. He said he wrote a post-it note with my question and phone number, and stuck it on his computer screen to call me back this morning. 1130am my time, and I've not heard from him yet today.
A 3-month old running thread on this topic, current as of last Friday.
As many may or may not know, Ken Rizza sold the Woodturners Wonders company, and I believe he is no longer involved with the business. I had Ken's personal contact, and he was always quick to respond and made sure his customers were happy with his products. Now I can't get them to contact me over a broken part that broke less than a week from setting it up.
To me, customer service is everything!!

No return phone call, as promised, from WW today. I wanted to put $150 in their till... Pfft. At this point, I'll buy it COD, if they ever decide to call me back. (Ha! COD. Anyone remember those days?)
I’ve found Klingspor very responsive and able to provide discs of all sizes and grits. They have some local stores close enough to Charlotte that I go and pick up what I need.
