I have been asked to help facilitate the sale of a shop in (by?) Mineral Wells, Texas. The owner has passed away and the family contacted me to help access what I think would be fair prices. The family does not live on the property, so it is by appointment only, contact info is below.

The American Beauty was purchased direct as an off-lease from Arrowmont and was there during Covid, so it had some considerable down time.
