WOW (World Of Woodturners) is run by Herman de Vries. Very personable and a bit humble at that.
It is a great community of open and like minded thinkers who's devotion to the craft is commendable. Probably one of the most active boards around (that and Woodcentral.com)
That said, it is by invitation only, which certainly keeps out the trolls.
