A Second Hollow Paper Birch Ball on Walnut Base. 6 15/16" tall X 4 5/8" Dia.
I have done some of these over the years. My theory is to create an item the has infinite poses (so to say) Something that can be turned a different direction to show an individual different face. In this one the hole is at the bottom of the ball. The ball in not connected in any way to the pedestal other than gravity. Thus, allowing the ball to be rotated any way the owner should desire. This one and the other one are ones in which the balls came out near perfect sphere shape.

Thanks
