Apple Pear Trio

After the first apple, I got excited about making these things and had to do a pear. I'm not sure of the wood species, it may be Bradford Pear - very hard but turns well. Then I did another pear of Osage Orange, and then another apple from a piece of Red Cedar post a neighbor gave me. All the stems on these are Walnut.

All of these are about 2-3/4 dia x 3 or 4-1/4 tall inches with a coat of Gel Poly.
Fun stuff!
Thanks Ruth,
I used a template from a real piece of fruit, and lots of sandpaper...:D

Many folks don't realize just how difficult it is to turn realistic looking fruit. I think you've done a fantastic job.
