Big Blue

This is one of my largerst and most ambitious pieces to date. It's a variation on a theme I've been working on lately, adapting my split bowl vessels to a different look. Lots of piercing and air brush coloring. All the pierced areas are open to the other side.

Dyed figured maple, sapele, holly, painted cherry, painted maple

33"Wx12"Hx6"D

C&C welcome

I saw a couple of different angles to this on another site Alan, great proportions, it could be any size.
Just love the colour combo & the detailed piercing, not ot mention the o/all design :)
Pete
