Bird House Ornament

A bird house ornament done in Oak. The inhabitant is a white paper bird from one of the craft stores perched on a Blackwood perch. The ornament stands about 4 inches tip to tip.
The "pierced work" works well, but a photo showing the bottom finial would be nice to see --

Good effect with the surprise of the bird when one looks closely. Good design effort!!!
