Cherry box with a second box inside the knob! Carved legs, turquoise inlay. A bird carved from the Holly-tree has already moved in and made a nest. (See 2nd photo) This box was a gift to Linda Ferber through the annual WIT elfster gift exchange.
She can store her antique buttons inside until she “hatches” more ideas on what to make out of them.
