Cherry burl vase

Cherry burl vase

Turned from a local cherry burl . It measures 12" tall by 10" in diameter . Brass rods attach the vessel to the ebonized maple legs.Gloss lacquer finish.
Very nice work. I have been working on several "legged" pieces as of late and like to see how other artists are attaching the legs. very clean and effective!

I just noticed that it has only two legs.
Where's the third? How is it standing up without it?
