Embellished Ash 7.5 x 2

Burnt with a torch, wire bushed, ebonized, embellishing wax, rattle can glaze. Turned from an ash crotch found in a firewood pile. There were lots of cracks and repairs needed after drying making this particular piece of wood a candidate for the rough treatment above. Bottom view
