Life keeps getting in my way, so this took WAY longer than I wanted, and this is only the small one, I need to make a bigger one.
The pink foam is the stuff that goes on a play room floor. I got it at the garage sale... I have LOTS more.

It actually balances fairly quickly (so far), but I've only done a few pieces and I'm not done tinkering with it yet.
