This hollow form represents Mother Nature at her best. She measures 6 inches tall and is 5 inches wide. It is turned from spalted maple burl and is finished with my home brew wipe-on poly.

All comments, especially critiques, are welcomed and appreciated.
Thanks for the feedback, Dale. My finish is simply 60% high gloss polyurethane and 40% naphtha. This piece was rubbed with 0000 steel wool to a silky satin. "Aqua" was left high gloss.
