This is my first attemt on carved feet, not quite in my comfort zone, but a fun challenge.
This vase is in the ash and is ebonised with vinegar and steel wool. For a change I tried some leaves on it as well, the texture is burned.

The combination of texturing and ebonizing give this piece a highly tactile property-you just want to run your hands over it!
