I made this for a swap on the Segmenters forum. Sort of a bold piece for a swap, but it's unique and was a challenge to me. I am happy with how it turned out, and I hope the recipient is as well. Here is a short video of it in action, and here are a couple of additional photos...
This is a beautiful bowl James! Well worth all the effort. The wavey repetitive grain surrounding the center inclusion reminds me of a spine, and this is nicely visually reinforced on the flip side with the generous use ff the pewa. Love it!
