Pierced nuttiness

How did you pierced it? Do you have special insturments to do it in America?

Hey Squirrel, Thanks for the rating and to answer your question, I have a friend who's a dentist, and he gives me his straight cutter bits after they've been retired (and cleaned). These are like tiny (1/16") straight flute router bits, and they fit in my Dremel tool. I use the flex shaft on the Dremel, but there's still a bunch of time in the piercing.
